These luxury apartments are arranged in four separate mid-rise blocks that are connected by glazed bridges and underground parking. The complex is anchored by the formal entrance building known as the Grand Lobby. The intervening space between the building elements of the complex form landscaped exterior courtyards and vistas. The proportionate height of the exterior walls in relation to these courtyard areas create the sense of outdoor rooms. These spaces, being surrounded by the residences, engender a feeling of community and therefore create a sense of vibrancy. Through the arrangement of many articulated elements a context is created and the sense of place is enhanced in what otherwise could have been a singular tower block.
